Kuler is a Flash-based web app from Adobe that lets you create color theory rule-based themes and download them for use in their Creative Suite 2 applications like Photoshop.  If you register a free account, you can then save the themes you create for others to download, rate themes from other users and comment on any theme.

Check me out: go to the site and search for "donald.agarrat" to see all my yummy creations.  And rate them and/or leave a comment!  What's my secret for creating such sinfully delicious renditions of decadence?  Firefox, its Colorzilla extension and Google Image Search.
