It was the place to be last night, easily the event of the year! A house party chocked full of wonderful men, starting with the hosts - my good friends John and Curtis! I'd been waiting a long time for this party and they did not disappoint!
We had so much fun! I had a ball just doing my thing, taking photos, drinking, eating, drinking, taking photos - and smiling up in the faces of these men! And taking photos:

A magazine owner. But I enjoy doing so much of what makes a magazine - writing, shooting, design - that I probably wouldn't be able to sit back. I don't know ...
Okay, maybe a gallery owner. But then again, I'd probably be showing other people's stuff more than my own. Hmmm, maybe this is a dream career for someone who loves art but isn't artistically inclined themselves. Scratch that!
Okay, how about this: I wouldn't have a dream career! My life would look like this: get a call from Ozwald Boateng to shoot his new line in Barcelona. Fly to Chicago to spin with Osunlade. Fly back home to New York for editorial meetings and my health and fitness team. Make a high-profile appearance at Macworld with Oprah and Gayle. Fly to New Orleans to oversee my housebuilding nonprofit and gallery. Stop by my house in Virginia and visit my mom. Make a high-profile appearance at In The Life Atlanta with my husband Michael Dorn atfer some more portrait work. Come back home and enjoy some stillness, some tea and rubbing my man's feet ... yeah.
